## What is Cuenote FC?

Cuenote FC is one of the largest Japanese language e-mail delivery systems with a delivery record of 6.3 billion e-mails per month, and has been contracted by over 1,900 major companies, government agencies, and municipalities. With its proprietary MTA (delivery engine) and know-how, QNote FC achieves a delivery speed of more than 10 million messages per hour and delivers e-mails quickly and reliably regardless of the device or domain. In addition, the system supports one-to-one delivery, cart remind, scenario delivery, AB testing, web tracking, and other features to achieve results in email marketing. The system is available as a cloud-based service (ASP/SaaS) starting at 5,000 yen per month, or as an on-premise system, and a free demo is available. The system is also equipped with high security to ensure safe and secure use by major corporations and financial institutions.

メルマガ運用に必要な機能が十分備わっており、管理画面もシンプルで運用コストが低いのでおすすめです。

Pros

課金体系がアドレス数や配信数ではないので、大量に配信する場合はコストをかなり抑えられます。

Cons

特に不足はありません。メルマガ配信でよくあるシナリオがデフォルト設定できたりするとさらに便利かと思いました。

コスト面の優位性が圧倒的に高く、将来的にサービスがスケールしていく中でも固定費を抑えられる算段が立てられたのも大きいです。

乗り換え前に使っていたシステムで使っていたシステムと比べ、管理画面がシンプルで分かりやすい事、担当者の方のレスポンスとフォローも早いので使い勝手は各段に良くなりました。

Pros

弊社は類似のシステムからの移行になりますが、コストの面がかなり大きかったです。

Cons

最初のログインの際にトークンの設定で少し手間取った。もう少しシンプルな方が良いかも知れない。

月に１、２回のメルマガ送信に使用しています。 簡単にメルマガ作成出来るので、システムに疎い自分でも手軽に利用できるので助かっています。 メルマガ送付後の開封率やクリック率なども自動集計して結果が出るので、 次回以降の送付時の参考になります。

特に不満はありません。 不明点が発生しても、サポートに連絡すればすぐに解決しました。

Pros

標準で多機能を提供してくれているため、良い点はいくつもありますが、そのうちの一つは到達率を高めるための分析です。 他のメール配信システムでも配信メールの成功・失敗は分かりますが、Cuenote FCでは失敗の理由（不達の理由）まで詳細に分析できるため、到達率を高めるための施策を打つことが可能になる点は非常に重宝します。

Cons

インターフェースが「少し前の最新」といった印象で、モニターいっぱいに情報を出せないため、そのあたりを柔軟にできるような造りだとより嬉しいです。

今までWEBサイトについている、CMSのアンケート機能を使用していたが、作成・配信共に、操作が難しく、商品開発チームから2週間の納期をもらって作成していたが、開発チームが自らアンケート作成・配信できるよう、Cuenote FCを導入し、アンケート業務に関わるやり取りが不要になった

Pros

【敏感なコンテンツ】さんのサポートがとてもよく助かりました アンケート作成・配信業務を今まで請け負っていた部署（私）から、実際結果が必要な部署の人達が自分たちで使えるようにする際、説明がスムーズでした

Cons

アンケート作成のマニュアルを完備しているが、色々なことができる故に、複雑で、簡単コースのようなものがなく、使用者によっては、再度説明が必要になる時があること

Pros

メール配信に特化しているので、機能がわかりやくす使いやすい。ユーザーインターフェイスがよく考えられていて、直感的に操作が可能。メールエディターもリッチメールの編集がとても簡単に作成できる点がおすすめポイント。

Cons

とくに良くない、というところは思い当たらない。強いて言えば、LineE連携、MA機能の 充実か。ただ、それをやると操作・管理が格段に難しくなるので、これはこれでいいのでは？？

高いデザインやコーディング技術がなくても、メルマガのレイアウト作成が出来て、さらに誰でも簡単にメルマガ配信できるので、作業効率化になっている。

Pros

誰でも簡単に一斉メールが配信できること。大量・高速メール配信ができること。html知識がなくても、メルマガのレイアウトが作成できること

Cons

短所ではないですが、昨今、MA系のツールが多くありますが、MAまで使いこなせないや面倒って人には、Cuenoteのメルマガ配信ツールが最適かと思います。

初めて使用する際は教えてもらわないとなんだか全然わからないかもしれませんが、以前のメール配信サービスもどこの配信サービスを使用してもちょっと使い勝手が違うのだなと思いましたが本当にサポート体制がしっかりしているので、Cuenote FCを使用してよかったです。以前のメール配信サービスでは時間がただかかるだけで効率もとても悪かったので今はCuenote FCのサービスで大変効率的に使用できております！

Pros

以前は他のメール配信サービスを使用しておりましたが不便なことばかりでした。サポートも電話では受け付けておらずメールでのやりとりなのですが質問したことに対してただマニュアルが送られてくるなど本当に対応がわるかったです。こちらのメール配信サービスは一度もそのような不便や不親切さはなくとにかく親切に丁寧にサポートして頂けました。

Cons

特にありません。初めての時は使い勝手が難しい。
