## What is InfiniTalk?

InfiniTalk is a cloud-based call center system geared toward contact centers in Japan. Available in Japanese as an on-premises or a cloud-based solution, this customizable telephone system streamlines call center operations. The features list includes ACD call routing, IVR technology for voice and keypad input, call recording, chats, text analysis, and reporting. The tool display workforce layouts through an interactive seating chart. Users can choose their configuration based on their existing telephone lines and personnel systems without the need for PBX involvement, technological expertise, or changing phone numbers. オペレーターの状況が把握でき、かつレポートが作成できるのでコールコントロールができるので受電予測などができて便利です。

Pros

コールセンターシステムとしての機能と価格のコストパフォーマンスが非常によく画面がシンプルでわかりやすいく当時他社は画面（ボタン）のアレンジが不可だったが、インフィニトークではある程度自由度があり利便性が高かった。

Cons

レポートのデータが自社で集計したいデータ形式ではなく、画面上でアレンジができないので、一手間かけて集計が必要なこと。

・初期導入費用およびランニングコストと機能を見て一番コストパフォーマンスが高かったこと・導入を検討している際のインフィニトーク社のサポートきめ細かくが良かったこと・アウトバウンド機能が有るシステムを探していて、当時はインフィニトークでも標準では無かったが、できるようにアレンジいただい事

従業員の業務実績や通話記録等が非常に使いやすく出来ているので管理がしやすくなりました。

Pros

今までは電話機を利用していた為、導入に時間と費用の負担が大きかったですがInfiniTalkにしてから導入スピードと費用の負担がかなり軽減しています。パソコン操作に抵抗のある方でも簡単に扱えてとても助かっています。

Cons

初期設定の項目が少々多く感じる為、もう少し簡易的で出来るとさらに良いです。

機能の充実とカスタマーサポートの柔軟性一ユーザーからの問い合わせもZoom等を使って丁寧に応対してもらえるAPI連携を使った機能の拡張ができた

Cons

リテラシーが低いユーザーだと初期設定の難度が高い「アカウント」「回線数」「ログイン数」の概念理解が難しい

改善したい点は概ね達成でき、運用コストも削減できたので大いに満足しております。今後の機能追加にも期待しております。

Pros

選定にあたり様々な会社様と商談をさせていただきましたが、営業担当ならびに開発担当者が最初から最後まで（現状運用のサポートも含め）同じ方に対応頂けている為、余計な説明をする必要がない。また開発に際してもしっかり事前ヒアリングを行って頂き、私の考えを言語化し実装まで持って行っていただいた点。

Cons

弊社の使い方が独特なのかもしれませんが、全体のデータを定量的に取りたいが、一括して取り込む事ができない点。個別にやるには手間がかかりすぎる為、改善していただきたい点である。

他社のサービス（2社）をテスト環境で使用したことがあるが、このInfiniTalkが一番使いやすかった

Pros

着信スケジュールの設定が簡単にできる点が良い。着信振り分け・着信時間差振り分け設定も簡単にできる。サポートが手厚い。（電話をかけて相談すると解決するまで付き合ってくれる）

Cons

着信転送が少々使いずらいかも。また、pcによっては最初からインストールされているソフトと相性が悪いことがあり、その場合は音声が途切れたり電話がつながらないことがある（その最初からインストールされている不要なソフトをアンインストールすれば解決する。）

安価であり簡単に導入できる新規電話番号の取得も早く、簡単にコールフローを作成できるサポートが丁寧で不明点はいつでも確認可能コールセンター業務に必要な機能が網羅せれており、障害もほぼなく、利用してから困ったことがない

Cons

コールデータ分析を実施するうえで、細かい内容のデータCSV出力が可能GUIで用意されているグラフ表示、分析機能が弱い表示データやグラフのカスタマイズができるとなおGood専用サーバーのためか、新機能等のアップデート頻度が少ない

サポート体制も整っておりシステムの不具合等が発生した際はすぐに対応していただけるので安心して使用しております。

Pros

クラウドフォンの為、別拠点や在宅先でも同じグループに所属できるので本拠点のコールセンターと同じように業務をすることが可能。

Cons

入電の多い月のレポートを抽出する際、容量が大きい為分けて抽出しないとエラーになる。

いままで別のシステムをいくつか使用してきましたが、インフィニトークは見やすいですし、使いやすいシステムだと思います。

Pros

モニタ＆レポートの機能は管理する際必ず使用しています。オペレーターの状態、通話何分などリアルに見れます

Cons

良くない点は特に無いです。わかりにくい機能があった場合はきちんとサポートしてもらえます。

Pros

リテラシーの低い人が使用するため、導入に不安がありましたが、ソフトウェア本体の使いやすさはもちろんのこと、導入について丁寧にサポートして頂いたので、特にトラブルなく導入することができました。音質についても大変満足しています。

Cons

特に不足していると感じる点はありませんが、まだまだ使いこなせていない機能があるため、多くの人数で対応するような場合に、要望等も出てくるかもしれません。
