With Astah, as a student, I moved from writing hacky code that seldom met all requirements to having a structured approach with a strong modeling tool. Great for planning testing too! It also has database modeling with export options, which is a great feature. Pros The product is easy to install, learn to use, manage. It has a very friendly user interface and is portable to different operating systems. Cons I hope that in the future the product will have more options for exports to other programming languages, such as PHP and Python.
