UNIVOICE

## What is UNIVOICE?

UNIVOICE supports remote working and provides Japanese firms with TSL-encrypted communication channels using server certificates. It accommodates Scalable Link Interfaces (SLI), such as fax and single telephone, and enterprises can use existing numbers or register new ones to support overseas lines. It has a smartphone app that enables individuals to make and receive calls on Wi-Fi/4G. The software can also record all calls automatically, letting users check the recordings anytime and from any location. The IVR function allows operators to specify automatic voice settings for incoming calls. They can also utilize the conventional PBX tools, like park hold, transfer, and proxy response in their default state.
