I am now able to offer my clients more value, better compliance systems, and scalable compliance tools for their business. I can also handle more clients now because the system took off the large administrative load I previously had to do on Google Drive and SharePoint. Pros The product is customizable and affordable for small businesses. As a consultant with multiple clients, each has unique needs, and the need for customization was critical. This software was the only software I could find that offered this customization. Another great part of this software is that is it affordable for my clients that are small businesses! Cons Overall, the software was still early in development, so there were some bugs to work through. That is to be expected with any software though. The team handled these bugs quickly and offered solutions in a timely matter. No issues Pros We needed a solution that gives us visibility with all things safety. Onboarding contractors, new employees, training, incident tracking, toolbox topics and audits. Proact gives a way to configure a solution that matches our changing environment. Cons There are very few things we didn't like. The reality is the time involved to set a system up like this should be expected. No system can turn on with a flip of a switch.
