Pros Very easy to setup and use on a daily basis. The out of the box features already cover most - if not all - of the needed use cases but the ability to add custom fields really makes it outstanding. Cons Would be nice to integrate with other tools, mainly in the analytics space so data generated there can be linked to other sources of information.
