Overall, our experience with AVA Credit has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, the onboarding was seamless, and their team handled the setup for us, which made the transition effortless. We’ve seen a significant improvement in efficiency and a noticeable increase in credit applications since implementing it. While it’s primarily built with automotive in mind, their team has been responsive and proactive in adapting things to better fit our RV dealership. It’s been a great partnership, and we’re happy with the results so far.

Pros

What I liked most about AVA Credit was how easy it was to use. The setup process was completely handled for us, which made getting started quick and stress-free.

Cons

What I liked least is that the platform is primarily geared toward automotive, so many of the existing marketing templates didn’t initially align with us as an RV dealership. That said, when I raised this with our rep, she responded quickly and worked with her team to create options that were much better suited to our business.

No real complaints from me I appreciate every bit of help! I learn something new the more amount of time i spend with this app.

Pros

The credit app is so much easier to use for our customers, its nice to give a peace of mind that we're not just pulling everyones credit right aways, people feel at ease that we can get a bit of an idea before proceeding with this feature.

Cons

Sometimes applications get doubled or the words get jumbled but we just got a new computer system so we're not sure if this is actually ava related yet or not.

I am fairly new to it & haven't used it too too much, but it seems pretty good. A great tool to use in a dealership.

Pros

I like the fact that we already know peoples credit scores before they come in & the ID verification.

Cons

Not sure. It doesn't apply to me as much, because I don't use it as often as I generate my own leads.

Pros

Great company, great pricing, their ID verification tool is the best we have tried. Great leads from credit apps and trade appraisals

Cons

Everything was top shelf. I cannot think of a negative issue. They are quick to respond and always happy to help.

Overall our experience with AVA has been very positive. Everybody is very communicative and helpful, and the lead quality is typically higher than our other sources.

Pros

The ability to view client contact and credit information in the same portal. Because of this, we see less leads burned, and less secondary phone calls chasing missed information.

Cons

I get auto-logged out sometimes on Chrome. We have not had any other issues with the service or UI. Every issue we have brought up in the past has been resolved promptly!

Pros

Love the barcodes for the dealership, print them out and stick them everywhere in the customer lounges, washrooms etc Just scan with your phone and instant credit app Great for lead gen on both credit and trade market. Really forward thinking company and great customer service as well As a GM for a major OEM I am fairly fussy about where the money is spent, well worth it IMO

Its been great! Only had it for a year but so far everything is great. Id recommend it to everyone, as we have seen an increase in traffic.

Pros

My rep \[sensitive content hidden\]. She helps make everything easy. I like the campaign options that you can text unsold customers and get them back in.

Cons

Nothing. So far i like everything about ava credit. My rep Skye really helps and makes things easy for us.

We have been using Autocorp.ai for about a couple years now and our trade-in leads have more than doubled from our previous supplier. With the success of the AVA trade tool, we are considering adding more tools to our portfolio. If you're struggling with collecting customer trade-in information, give Autocorp a try.

Pros

Customer service - their support team makes installation easy, and if there are any issues along the way, they are quick to respond by e-mail or by phone. We recently changed website providers and they caught some issues in the installation and worked with our provider to get things corrected and working properly.

Cons

We are a family-owned, standalone store, so we're always watching costs. Some of the products are a little more costly than others, but at the same time, they'll always work with you on a bundle that fits your budget.

AVA Credit has been very easy to use and implement into our dealership workflow. the interface is straightforward and simple to navigate. AVA helps us streamline the credit process and saves time for both staff and customers!

Honestly I tried to find something to complain about but I really couldn't. If i had to say something maybe it would be that it makes my job a little to easy?

Pros

User friendly. The rep from Ava awnser quick my call to do the integration. Every time i have question i got a quick awnser

Cons

Price is more expansive than dealertrack and we had to takea year contract with the compagny to use there service but we received a discount

I have been using it over a year and its been great first dealership I have worked at that uses it and I wont look back.

Pros

I love how fast it is to use when the lead comes in I dont need to chase anything all the info is on there.

Cons

When the lead comes in there all the information on it and its clean and simple to use love using ava credit.

Pros

Easy to use! Great results. My rep was always available to me whenever I needed her and always had a solution to any problems.

Cons

None! I truthfully can’t think of anything negative. I would love to have a higher rate of turnover but I do not believe that has anything to do with the system.

We've been partnered with them since 2021 and love the tool. It helps us generate quality leads that sell cars every month. Their support and client success managers are engaged with our team to ensure success.

Pros

The ease of integration - their support team makes install a breeze. We have seen a big increase in the number of credit leads at every store we have implemented the tool at. The pricing is very reasonable, allowing us to implement at even small stores that are budget conscious.

Cons

The only thing we would like to see changed about the tool is to have them send their events to GA4 in ASC format.

The willingness to build and adapt with your processes and customize solutions that fit and definitely boost performance.

Cons

I dont like how busy their upper management is as they never answer my phone calls! I also don't think I am supposed to have their numbers...
