Customer support is always exceptional when questions arise, or when assistance is needed to make changes. The amount of data that can be obtained from the platform is overwhelming at times. It can be challenging to translate the data into meaningful action items at the individual level. We learned so much from our first survey, we found out what are strengths were and areas of opportunity based off feedback from our employees. I highly recommend this product. Pros The product was very easy to use. High quality and affordable cost compared to similar products. The support received throughout the whole process was impeccable. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Intergration and use was simple. Cons Honestly, there wasn't anything I did not like about Spectiv. They were very helpful through each step of the assessment journey and were quick to offer support when needed. Pros The Decisionwise team are the best thing about Spectiv. They offer comprehensive training for 360 assessment trainers and are quick to answer any questions regarding navigating the tool and customizing it to our specifications. I am also a big fan of the "set it and forget it" style of the platform. Once everything is staged, the platform runs itself from initiation, sending reminders, to compiling the reports in easy to download PDFs. Cons The platform itself is not very user friendly at first. I often found myself needing help with navigating the functions/features, and struggled to get everything set up. It would be nice to offer some more hand-holding throughout the various menus to make it easier for someone to work with when it's their first time. The menus feel a bit bare bones and could stand to include more help text/ directions. Review Source CS Cole S. Their user-friendly configuration process, responsive and knowledgeable team, and effective onsite visit and training sessions made a significant positive impact on our employee engagement initiatives. We highly recommend DecisionWise for their outstanding service and support. Pros DecisionWise made the entire process of configuring our employee engagement survey incredibly easy. Their team was consistently helpful, responding quickly and providing valuable insights. They have a deep understanding of their systems, which was evident in every interaction. Regular updates and meetings kept us informed about our progress, and the ability to check daily completion rates was particularly useful. Their onsite visit was a resounding success; employees found it highly engaging and educational, and the presenter demonstrated extensive knowledge. The training they provided was well-received, earning praise from our training team. Cons The only downside was the lack of continued connection after their onsite visit. We would have appreciated more follow-up interactions to maintain the momentum and continue benefiting from their expertise. Review Source GR Gail R. The information you can gather is valuable and it has really helped our managers determine action plans for their own development. Pros We love the robust information we can gather to help our Managers with their development process as leaders. The reports they receive give several views and ways they can determine where they are being successful and where they have areas of opportunity. Cons The only time we have had an obstacle is when our folks do not recognize the email from DecisionWise they have accidentally blocked it as phishing or spam. But we are able to see the emails that do not go through and work with our technical teams to get it fixed. DecisionWise support has been amazingly helpful. Review Source OF Ola F. The knowledge we gained from them was invaluable. And \[sensitive content hidden\], our project manager, provided excellent service throughout. She seemed to always be available and was incredibly proactive! She kept us updated on next steps, and informed us of the outcomes of our decisions so we always knew what to expect. " September 20, 2023 5.0 I have had a positive experience; when I have questions or challenges, I have received support in a timely fashion. There has also been flexibility in adjustments to the survey questions to meet our needs. Pros I love the new format of the survey in one continous form. You can get amazing data in a survey that takes 15 minutes or less to complete. The pulse checks we conduct in between the annual survey help us make decisions along the way to improve our areas of growth. Cons If I had to say there is a con; the DEI questions could be more robust. Reason for choosing DecisionWise Recommendation from a friend who had used the tool; the survey tool fit our needs. DecisionWise has consistently been available to answer questions, review the data in depth with our internal People & Culture team before we release the results to executive management and staff, and they have ensured high reliability and validity of the data provided. Cons The only issues we've encountered in the past were with the speed of the platform itself. However, in late 2023, DecisionWise made changes to address this, and it's no longer an issue. This program is one of my favorites. Pros Many of us have gone through 360 programs before and I have been a part of 5. This one was the one of the most effective and lowest dollar investment. Cons I truly don't have any. I had to build the assessments myself but it was quite easy once I got the hang of the software in just an hour or two. Review Source SV Stevan V. Once the survey was created it was very to setup the entire team to complete the assessments. We plan on utilizing this tool again. Pros The assessment was easy to customize and implement. The feedback report is laid out in a very clear format. It is easy to understand for both coach and participant. The way the derailer section is presented makes it easy to begin discussions and action planning. Pros Ease of use, ability to customize competencies, format layout, Derailer segment very powerful and comment section very helpful. Cons Currently I cannot think of anything I would suggest. Reason for choosing DecisionWise Spectiv was much more user friendly and the feedback report was laid out in a clear and understandable fashion. Plus the customer service was exceptional!
