A livello di rapporto umano con l'azienda mi sono sentito seguito nei vari passaggi di impostazione, variazioni e implementazione dell'applicazione/software con personale sempre molto disponibile e volenteroso per trovare la soluzione migliore alla mia realtà

La semplicità di utilizzo e il risultato amministrativo gestionale relativo all'inserimento aziendale del timesheet, della fatturazione semi-automatica e dell'utilizzo della BI per le valutazioni economiche legate all'attività svolta

Se si può definire svantaggio, il tempo di settaggio necessario per qualsiasi applicazione/software introdotti in azienda

Integrare Opportunity nella nostra realtà operativa, che è allo stesso tempo una normale società di servizi e un ente che deve aderire alla complessa burocrazia di gestione dei fondi pubblici tra cui PNRR, ci ha consentito di semplificare radicalmente la condivisione delle informazioni all’interno e di avere una fonte unica di dati operativi per la reportistica pubblica. L’integrazione è consistita anche in un adattamento dello strumento alle nostre necessità uniche, attuato dai collaboratori Opportunity con professionalità e grande cura del cliente.

La piattaforma in oggetto ha fornito all’Utente un accesso rapido e portabile alle informazioni raccolte durante la gestione del processo di Servizio. A livello strategico e centrale i dati contenuti nel sistema servono ad intervenire prima che si concretizzi la fatturazione e la misurazione definitiva. I dati e le informazioni gestite sono predittive rispetto al risultato finale e possono essere corrette in anticipo. Nel processo di business la valutazione ex post di un dato ha valore solo in termini di verifica sull’efficacia della strategia e delle azioni adottate questo sistema, invece, consente di intervenire nel quotidiano.

Integrazione con i sistemi aziendali utilizzati, creazione cubo dati (ETL), personalizzazione sul processo gestito, intuitività.

Pros

Per organizzare al meglio le attività di e-mail marketing abbiamo richiesto al team di Opportunity® l’integrazione con Mailchimp per poter far dialogare i due sistemi. L’integrazione è avvenuta in tempi rapidi e grazie ad una formazione dedicata ho potuto cominciare ad utilizzare i vantaggi di un nuovo CRM, integrato con uno strumento fondamentale per la nostra attività di relazione con il cliente. Le liste degli indirizzi dei clienti sono organizzate su Opportunity®, ma sempre aggiornate da Mailchimp, dopo ogni invio (disiscrizioni, hard-bounce, etc) e monitorate, grazie alla sincronizzazione. Pro avere uno strumento adattabile e integrabile con strumenti già presenti in azienda.

All’interno dell’ufficio amministrativo ho cominciato ad usarlo inizialmente per la parte di analisi dei dati e la parte dei report (le dashboard). Le dashboard sono molto intuitive e davvero di facile consultazione. Sulla parte di gestione della rete vendita Opportunity® è talmente facile che in poco tempo, una volta imparato ad utilizzarlo, ho fatto formazione al team vendite di uno dei brand del Gruppo. Dopo circa mezz’ora il team vendite era in grado di utilizzare lo strumento autonomamente. Molto comoda la parte di visione delle fatture e anche l’inserimento degli ordini è davvero pratico e veloce.

In qualità di promotore del progetto CRM in azienda, consiglio Opportunity® quale strumento essenziale per favorire la digitalizzazione dei processi interni. In passato provammo ad inserire differenti CRM in azienda ma sempre con scarso successo perché richiedevano troppe personalizzazioni e/o allo stesso non riuscivano ad adattarsi ai processi interni aziendali. Grazie all’attività a 4 mani abbiamo introdotto in azienda uno strumento flessibile capace di aiutarci a progettare una strategia mirata e mettere in atto azioni sempre più profilate per i nostri clienti.

CRM evoluto flessibile e taylor made Formazione e assistenza competente e molto disponibile Facile integrazione con applicativi esterni come ad esempio Mailchimp Facilmente integrabile con progetti BI

Il fatto che non ci sia un applicazione ma è solo ONLINE

Nel complesso sento di poter consigliare il software Opportunity a tutte le aziende che hanno bisogno di un CRM user friendly, veloce e completamente personalizzabile in base alle richieste.

Pros

1) Il software è perfettamente ottimizzato sia in versione Desktop che in versione Mobile. Infatti molte volte mi capita al di fuori dell’orario di lavoro di dover attivare/disattivare nuovi utenti e lo riesco a fare in tempi celeri anche tramite cellulare. 2) Facile gestione dei lead che per varie ragioni non vengono inseriti nel CRM. Grazie al menù relativo al Service Log si ha una visuale chiara e diretta di tutti i lead rimasti in sospeso. Di conseguenza basta identificare il problema e riprocessare i lead con un semplice click.

Cons

Al momento non ho riscontrato grosse problematiche, l’unico aspetto secondo me da migliorare potrebbe essere la ricerca dei Lead tramite il campo mail che è un po' lenta.
