July 22, 2024 5.0 Pros The compensation benchmarking process involved multiple iterations, which was challenging due to the non-standardized roles within our startup. However, the team was very proactive and quickly turned around reports, providing assistance whenever needed. Pros CompUp has been one of the best HR Tech implementations that I have done so far, and this is because of the amazing support team that we have been interacting with.
