schnelle Lösung, die schnell & unkompliziert eingeführt werden kann, Hinweisgeber fühlt sich sicher und ist daher bereit qualifizierte Informationen zu geben, Zweck des Systems für alle Beteiligten daher erfüllt - bei angemessenem Pricing

Pros

Fachkundiges, freundliches Team, einfache Integration in die Website, Chatbot strukturiert Hinweiseingabe, Zusammenarbeit mit einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei möglich, damit volles Outsourcing möglich - aber nicht zwingend, deckt alle Anforderungen ab, durch Wartung auch alle künftigen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, intern keine aufwändige Betreuung erforderlich, da Software as a Service, (IT-) Sicherheit (und Schutz des Hinweisgebers) hat hohen Stellenwert, durch optionales Postfach ggf. Kommunikation mit dem Hinweisgeber und verbesserte Aufklärung möglich - daher sehr empfehlenswert

keine, insbesondere keine aufwendige Betreuung "noch einer Software"

Easy to implement with the help of the support!

Pros

SAP based Processes made simple for all to use! Price is a good fit for midesized clients.

Cons

No real cons. Maybe there will be sometime later a simpler ways to remember and safte the Inbox-Login-Information.

Mit Cluezo konnten wir unseren Mitarbeitern einen modernen und einfachen Kanal zur Verfügung stellen über den sie Hinweise auf Missstände im Unternehmen melden können. Wir sind mit Cluezo sehr zufrieden, es entspricht unseren Erwartungen. Der Monatliche Preis erscheint uns für den bereitgestellten Umfang fair.

Pros

\- Einfache Erfassung von Hinweisen - Komfortabel Weiterverarbeitung der eingegangenen Hinweise mit diversen Benachrichtigungs- und Sortiermöglichkeiten

Cons

Einen Nachteile haben wir bislang nicht gefunden. Funktionen o.ä. haben wir bislang auch noch nicht vermisst.
