Overall, it has met our needs well and has been a reliable system for managing recruitment and compliance.

Pros

What I like most about PrimePRO is how easy it is to manage staff compliance in one place. The ATS makes it simple to track documents, monitor expiry dates and keep staff records organised, which saves my time and helps ensure nothing is missed. One of the  other features I find particularly useful is the ability to invite new staff to the system. They can securely upload all of their required documents, such as right to work documents, certifications, and other compliance before they start. This makes the onboarding process much more efficient and helps ensure everything is in place before staff begin working. I also find the mass email feature very useful for recruitment. It allows me to quickly communicate with a large pool of candidates when new business opportunities arise, making it much easier to source staff efficiently. Overall, it's a user friendly system that has streamlined our recruitment and compliance processes.

Cons

I haven't experienced any major issues with PrimePRO. It has worked well for our recruitment and compliance needs.

Very good, lovely people, super supportive, \[sensitive content hidden\] easily accessible. Highly recommend and probably the best out of the box system I have used

Pros

What you get out of the box is good enough to run the whole business! Candidate registration, availability, booking system and payroll all straight from the off.

Cons

Many things are individual to the client so you often have to change multiple settings on each individual client rather than a global setting. Changing pay/charge rates is overly complicated. The only ways to do it is to cancel the whole booking or manually change dozens of timesheets depending on the placement.

Fantastic experience from setup to support with any issues, nothing is too much trouble for their support staff.

Pros

Seamless changeover to their back office and payroll software (which I had been avoiding doing for years), wish I had done it sooner. The back office software ensures compliance for all staff and recording hours worked is a breeze. Payroll now takes less than 20 minutes to run each week, saves hours of manual inputting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cons

Nothing really, everything works great and the integration with PrimePay is seamless. Wish I had changed years ago.

We’ve been really pleased with PrimePro, it’s become an essential part of our day-to-day operations, helping us keep everything organised, streamline communication, and manage client and customer relationships much more efficiently. The interface is intuitive, and it’s made a noticeable difference to how smoothly our team works. A special mention has to go to \[sensitive content hidden\] , who has consistently been outstanding whenever we’ve needed support. She’s always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, often going the extra mile to make sure any issues are resolved quickly and properly. Having that level of reliable support makes a big difference and gives us real confidence in the system. Overall, it’s a strong, dependable system backed by excellent support.

Cons

Putting new clients on to the system can be a little time consuming if you have a bulk amount to do.

It has been great working with this software and the customer service has been brilliant

Pros

Primepro is a great solution for back, middle and front office. Access is seamless via a browser making it a suitable package for office/home working and for client visits. It offers a fantastic "direct texting" facility, saving countless hours when finding suitable candidates for bookings. It's customisable which helps with different business needs.

Cons

whatever cons a business may have, can be addressed with development by discussing needs with representatives

PrimePro has offered a product that no other CRM could deliver for our market and the company listens to its customers and finds workable solutions to our needs.

Pros

Having looked at and trialled a number of CRM systems, we found PrimePro to be the ideal match for the type of recruitment we undertake and in fact was one of the very few to deliver a solution like this. Set up is straightforward and great training is provided. It is easy to use on a day to day basis and ongoing support is easily accessible.

Cons

Being able to send out a link for candidates to add their availability however I know that this is under development. I'd like some options to amend the visuals on the candidate portal screen so it looks more brand-aligned e.g. background colour/box colour
