The team although small was faultless. Just a few things for me backend that wasn't working but as I said its a new platform they are advancing. I will reach out to them in the future

StudioGrowth has AMAZING customer service, they are so supportive, so easy to reach and when I had a few issues they were super quick to sort out. The migration was a breeze they made it so easy and no problems. I love that teachers can control their working days easily in the app and you can close your working days easily

Cons

Its a new software there are a few blips and for a medium studio like mine at this moment in time its not for me. But it is one I will definitely come back to. Now I have moved to a bigger platform again, I am thinking maybe I could have worked it out with StudioGrowth as they are advancing all the time

My experience with StudioGrowth has been exceptional from start to finish. Their customer service team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Every interaction has been smooth, professional, and genuinely supportive. They make navigating the platform easy and stress-free, which has been invaluable as I grow my studio. StudioGrowth’s customer service has been outstanding. Their team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping users succeed. Questions are handled quickly and thoroughly, and they go above and beyond to provide clear guidance and effective solutions. It’s clear they prioritize client support, making the overall experience seamless and stress-free.

Cons

At this time, I have not encountered any concerns. My experience has been consistently positive, and I have been very satisfied with both the platform and the level of customer support provided. Any questions or needs I’ve had have been addressed promptly and thoroughly. Overall, I have no negative feedback to note at this time.

They are perfectly priced for my small yoga studio and have awesome customer service! What else can you ask for?

Pros

I looked into the more expensive "bigger" studio software companies before I came across StudioGrowth. Nothing compares to the value you get with their pricing. The customer service is amazing, as well. If I have an issue they get back quickly & with a step by step tutorial video.

Cons

To navigate around the class scheduling was a little challenging for me, but again, I emailed any questions or concerns and they responded quickly.

Overall I've had a great experience since switching to StudioGrowth, I feel confident it will only continue to get better as well.

Pros

I think the value for the price is great, customer support is excellent. Any time I have any questions or need assistance I email the team and someone replies typically within the hour most times. I appreciate that they are always adding features, and if there is anything not there you can make a suggestion at anytime and typically within a month or so the feature starts popping up, so they're always working to improve the booking system making managing things on the back end easier!

Cons

I think overall it is just that it is a newer platform, so there are some features that may exist in other platforms that don't exist in Studio Growth, but I feel happy knowing they're constantly working to add new features and improve the platform. I think otherwise, my biggest gripe is the inability to have a "cart" and add products to it, or not be able to add sales tax for some products but not others. I think the app has bugs that make it difficult for clients at times, so my studio mostly operates off the web page, but I think the app has improved as well.

I have used StudioGrowth since opening my studio and the entire process has been great. From an informative demo, hands-on onboarding, and continued support over the years, SG has been a great investment for my business. The team is helpful and always goes above and beyond - unlike competitors that disappear after you sign up.

Pros

Amazing onboarding and continued support. Easy to use as a manager, teacher, and customer - students especially love the app! It is easy to manage clients and classes. Great value compared to competitors - I have used many different studio management software over the years.

Cons

Sometimes customers will buy a pass, and then not finish the registration process - the last "reserve your booking" button gets forgotten every once in a while.

The team at Studio Growth is incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. The onboarding process was seamless, thanks to their outstanding communication. Studio Growth also provides the exact features we need and truly partners with you every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any fitness studio looking for a dependable, hands-on platform.

Pros

Coming from a large platform company, At first I was very skeptical to make the switch to a small business platform company. After our intake with \[sensitive content hidden\] and his assurance in being able to accommodate our studios needs,I took the plunge. I am so glad I did. The StudioGrowth platform is extremely user friendly very easy to maneuver. Their customer service is outstanding and reply within hours.

Cons

At this point it’s been a few years that we’ve been onboard with StudioGrowth and honestly I haven’t found anything that I didn’t like.

Pros

Studio Growth has been the perfect fit for our yoga studio! Our business has grown as Studio Growth has grown. The Studio Growth team is very responsive to emails - whether it's for help on how to set up one of the many features of the software or how to fix any issues that arise. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our students on the ease of use on the user end. A great product all around!

Amazing, I am very happy that we went for it. Even though that was a bit scary at first, it was totally worth it.

Pros

A bit of context: We had been using another leading platform for the past 8 years, and we were fed up with it. I was always apprehensive whenever I had to do simple tasks, like adding a new class to the schedule, because everything was complicated and took ages (and just so you know, I have a tech background). 1. Studio Growth is extremely intuitive: It's so simple that I can figure things out on my own. The process is logical, and the time saved is incredible. It works exactly how you’d expect software like this to work. As soon as I tested it, I knew it was exactly what I had been searching for. 2. Studio Growth's team is highly professional, responsive, and on point: The onboarding process went smoothly, largely because the team is so responsive—it’s honestly unbelievable. I even know the names of the people I’m working with, which really makes a difference. 3. Studio Growth delivers the features you need: We started using the platform on March 1st, and three features I suggested have already been implemented. They really work with you 100%. I wholeheartedly recommend Studio Growth to any yoga studio looking for reliable management software.

Pros

Highly flexible system due to its focus on a strong data model and user interface to support. Additionally the editors enable highly customizable class descriptions including links and videos to connect with students.

Cons

Platform is fairly self-evident with excellent support videos however having an online manual would be beneficial.
