We had numerous issues setting up the email platform and it never interfaced properly with workbooks. Pros This mail platform integrated with Workbooks which was the company's choice for CRM. Cons Automated workflows which are standard with other platforms were paid add ons. Interface with workbooks to pass users across was clunky and hard to use.
