Superb!

Pros

Flash Lead is a very good app for leads. Work like it should to, helps a lot with managing leads. Great UI and UX. Simple but powerfull. Long review have no meaning here - just try! This one is super helpfull for anyone who manage leads!

Cons

can't find any after few weeks of using this tool

The best support team I have dealt with. 100% reliability when it comes to lead lifecycle and daily actions. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a subscription based online CRM.

Pros

Ease of access from anywhere at anytime, your database is literally accessible 24/7

Cons

Exporting accuracy: As a sales manager, one of the most important actions I take is "Reporting" which includes manual reports and so exporting is important, the exporting process is great and exported sheets have all the details needed regarding each and every lead, but a critical issue is there when you export from a certain list it doesn't apply any of the filters selected, it (as a default) exports the entire list and then you have to apply these filters manually using "excel" which is both inconvenient and a considerable waste of time especially if you are to export the same list over different periods of time.

So far so good. I am a new user and plan to keep using the product. I like it and think its a great investment.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, the UX and overall work that has been completed and has yet to be done.

Cons

Wish when you are viewing your CRM that it's a little easier to manage and see quickly.

Pros

I most liked how everything is organized and labeled. Following team progress on leads was never easier as everything is on the application last contact, comments (history), how many times he was called, as well as managing the team! I keep track of team members' meeting and calls on the app without having to send mails or whatsapp to follow up. The customizable pipeline options is definitely a PLUS too. Team got used to Flash Lead in no time.

Cons

The "listings" part could be easier but other than that, it's all good and to the point.

Pros

Flash Lead serves as my integrated messaging channel for my business Facebook and Instagram. My business model involves influencers who sell my products with affiliate coupons. Tracking this data via direct message alone can be difficult. Flash Lead provides a way to keep everything organized and follow up properly.

Cons

Flash Lead is still in it's infancy when compared to other, more robust CRMS. However, I think the future is bright for this product and I'm excited about what is on their roadmap.

I needed a simple and inexpensive way to manage my deals. This seems to do the job.

Pros

The features you get are standard on much more expensive SaaS products. I like everything about it so far.

Cons

I need browser call and texting, so when I get those working I will be loving it more.

I wanted to test Flash Lead because I had not used it before

Pros

I don't need clients to tell e when they have follow up with the leads anymore because I can track them now. Its easy for both me and my clients.

Cons

There could be more automated integrations which I am sure it's on the way. Especially whatsapp automation.
