Exceptional. At the end of the day it feels and looks like a smooth solution from the patient's end. It makes efficient use of provider's time by filling empty spots on their calendars.

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use for our patients that Kyruus provides. Kyruus fulfilled a missing link that brings our Consumer Access offerings into a complete package. With Kyruus, patients can now simply book their primary care appointments on their own time online. Via other 3rd party offerings, they then will receive reminders around their Kyruus booked appointment(s), can communicate back to staff, and pre-register. It's a lightweight solution, with minimal hooks into our EHR. This advantage makes the solution easier to support and maintain. The analytics offer reporting to leadership, and can be quickly run and downloaded.

Cons

There was some struggle with ingesting provider profiles accurately. However, Kyruus worked with our teams steadily to resolve. It takes multiple teams to orchestrate. Scheduling (RevCycle), Credentialing (Provider Profiles), Support (Adding new providers, tickets). I would also like to see more direct communication between Kyruus and Oracle when issues are encountered.

The build, training and implementation process was very smooth! \[sensitive content hidden\] was helpful and on top of the project. If I asked for a change, it came quickly.

Pros

Kyruus was implemented in our office to ensure accuracy of patient information, allow patients the ability to upload insurance information, streamline check in, use less paper (forms) and assist in collection of outstanding balances. All of these points have been improved!

Cons

The Implementation portal is not user friendly in its organization. I like the task lists, but I could not clear the notifications, I didn't get a notification outside of the site (to my email) so it felt like one more place I had to check.

Kyruus overall has been a great addition to my new office! I had experience with a different check in process at a previous job and Kyruus is significantly better for both my patients and my staff.

Pros

Ease of use for patients, ability to make check in different for each OV is great! Love the text to patients! I feel its a great value because the ease of collecting copays brings in more money on day of visits. Customer support has been very helpful the couple of times I used it!

Cons

I asked my secretary this question and she said that she can't think of anything! I have asked patients if they have any complaints about check in and they say no.

Kyruus has supported our health center to increase digital patient engagement and to improve overall health literacy for our community. They work with the customer and maintain regular communication (much appreciated for teams wearing multiple hats).

Pros

We have been with this product before it joined Kyruus and have been pleased with how seamless they made the switch feel, including support and follow up.

Cons

Patient engagement/messaging platform still not as intuitive as expected; limited access for dental patients.

Kyruus is an excellent partner. Was able to get great reporting on utilization and our Rep was extremely easy to work with and accommodating.

Pros

Easy to use and integration with our EMR. We were able to do screeners based on appt types and patients were able to pay copays pre visit.

Cons

Nothing really stands out that we didn't enjoy. They were always able to accommodate our needs and make changes as we needed.

Fabulous. They were great to work with and very knowledgible. When we needed to make some changes on the standard reports we were submitting they were very helpful on getting everything validated and letting us know what needed fixed.

Pros

Implementation and quick response when issues arrive. Works well for our patients self-scheduling appointments. Kyruus staff is very responsive if issues arise or if we need to make changes and need assistance.

Cons

Just the integration with Cerner and sometimes between the 2 trying to get information that Kyruus required, but because we were remote hosted did not readily have access to. Understanding between the 2 what information they were looking for. (different terminology)

My overall experience with Kyruus Health is fantastic! We have been able to collect patient insurance information, balances, and have them complete the pre registration ahead of time, which makes the check in process go more quickly and more smoothly.

Pros

I like how user friendly, fast, and easy it is to learn. The software works very well with our office flow and presents in a way that is easy for patients to use.

Cons

There are not many cons with this system, but one of them would be the fact that when a patient is doing their pre registration on their phone when they are in office, it does not show were the patient is at in the pre registration process.

10/10 for overall experience. The system is so easy to use and provides exactly what we need. Training was clear and easy to understand. However, the customer service was 100/100. \[sensitive content hidden\] went above and beyond to accomodate all meetings during times we were available and was flexible if we had anything come up, she is very organized and every step that we needed to complete was clear, she always responded to any of our questions in a timely manner and she made sure to help take care of any hiccups that came up. Polite, professional, friendly.. I could go on. All in all we are recommending Kyruus to all of our office friends.

Pros

How user friendly it is. Kyruus offers exactly what we need and there are not extra features or tabs that we need to just ignore or diregard.

Cons

The character limit for one way texting :(. I understand with 2 way texting there is no limit, but 2 way texting is not something we need or are looking for currently.

Was super excited when our healthcare network selected Kyris the on boarding was great as well as our customer support team lots of features and great reporting

Pros

Very solid health network provider platform. Support has been great and they are always adding new features. It is really a best in class provider directory.

Cons

Being such a large platform in all encompassing in a healthcare network can take a while to get implemented. That is partly just because provider directories have so many elements.

Our overall experience with Kyruus has been good but \[sensitive content hidden\], Customer Success Manager has really amplified it to great! She is a good listener, forthcoming with suggestions, quick turnaround and logistical. Her hard work is greatly appreciated and recognized!!!

The forms on the fly and really all the features

Cons

the character limit for texting. Doesn't have to be unlimited but 160 is too little when you have a long practice name to include in the text as well. not being able to request outstanding payments to anyone 18 and younger

Well worth the money. Easy and fast instal. Any questions my rep was on it. Great thus far.

Pros

How we could make it our own. We customized each intake and forms that were associated. The use of "Forms on the Fly" has really made our office more efficient.

Cons

Would be nice to have a log in to upload forms or if a patient is having an issue a place to log in and see what the patient is seeing. Since they thankfully do this at home when they have an Issue I cannot help them much by phone.
