Great innovations, customer support and \[sensitive content hidden\]. Very promising indeed and I am happy to be on this journey.

Pros

Starting with the impression of the \[sensitive content hidden\] - very proactive and responsible guy who really cares about your business case and does his best to keep pushing and developing the product to meet his clients' needs. The product itself is super innovative, strives for both innovation and great value for money. There's many interesting options, implementation of machine learning algorithms in the audiences, etc. and you should really go on and check their Features page with full attention. There aren't many other products that offer to help really upgrade your Facebook ads.

Cons

There are so many things that you can easily get confused. Many things should be simplified, both in terms of names and of interface. For simpler users with much less budget and less campaigns, there should be some more "Basic" mode, perhaps, which removes most of the fuss around the advanced features and just helps you get your little campaigns running more efficiently.

Previously, I used to login to each and every social media ad manager account to create, schedule and monitor the performance of my ads which is very tiresome. After using this software, I am able to do all of the above in one platform with ease.

Pros

Creation of custom audience, Create and schedule the multiple ad campaigns on multiple social media platforms with ease. Reports and analytics to check the performance of each ad campaign separately.

Cons

Nothing of that sort, only some-times bugs bother me during creation of custom audience. But hopefully those are common when some upgrades are going on.

Pros

The support - one of the best support team I have encountered. They help me set-up my account, and helped me out setting up campaigns. They also taught me some concepts on Facebook advertising. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] are really very helpful. And whenever I have questions, I get response within 24 hours.

Cons

There are some bugs - which are eventually resolved. However, these bugs slowed me down and lost my momentum. I'm going back to using Marko Polo again when it is more stable.
