works well overall, some occasional downtimes or app glitches where you can't get into app for period of time

Pros

easiness of adding schedule in from PDF format, like being able to see schedule from app or at home

Cons

not having staff be able to see has already signed up on-call, not being able to edit daily staffing sheet to be one page or be able to customize shifts

its been fine. nothing to write home about but functional

Pros

I appreciate that nurse grid is able to show you who is working and when. I like that you can ask to switch shifts on the app and see when it happens.

Cons

I do not like that the staff are unable to see who signed up voluntary low census

I like the ease of use; however, there are significant limitations and functions that were thought to be better, easier to use.

I really like it. It is easy to use. Please Bring back the mobile app

Pros

Ease of loading schedules and posting open shifts.

Cons

Does not work well with androids. The texting function doesn’t work. Can’t clear the messaging inbox. Trades and give away are cumbersome. Qccidently scheduling shifts when I click on a day in the “schedule.”

The ease of implementation and use was simple.

Pros

I did most like the Manager app to be able to make changes on my phone

Cons

It no longer has the manager app so I have to login to desktop to make changes.

I enjoyed using it, my staff enjoyed using it and new hires was familiar with it.

Pros

Access from phones and computer. Easy to make changes and note scheduling shortage

Cons

Not sure other than not all departments in the hospital used it and the House Supervisor did not want to use it

the concept of online scheduling was a good idea

Cons

unable to adjust schedule unless you are the manager of the schedule. this is not helpful when other employees have to take call and manage the schedule. unable to do anything if looking at the schedule on the app...you have to be logged into the site
