My overall experience even after 3 years is "A comprehensive automation with an affordable price, enterprise scalability and very responsive support team"

Pros

Its a comprehensive software with provider enrollment management, CAQH integration, Reminders, Workflow Management, Facilities management, Contract and Accreditation Management and Documents Management

Cons

There is nothing I like least as I compared this to several other products.

Pros

I am a small business owner. I have around 50 providers/groups that I manage. I love the price! I love all the color coding labels, alerts, notes section, and customizable options. I also give access to providers/office admins to keep track of their credentialing process. This has also been a major selling point when a new provider is on the fence about joining my company for credentialing needs.

Cons

I use this product simply for all my enrollment needs and it has met every one so far. I do not think there is anything that I haven't liked.

Reasons for choosing CredentialingSpectrum

The price and how user friendly the system is. Also, the import from CAQH is a big bonus!
