They were good to answer questions quickly and help me get where I wanted to go. The site is easy-ish to manage, although not completely intuitive for those of us who do not design sites. If the tabs were able to be hidden, the "app" tab deleted (what does it even do-- it always comes up "no data'), my overall satisfaction would be a bit higher. But, honestly for the "free" set up, of the site, I'm mostly satisfied. Pros I truly love how WellProz allows Vibrant Lab purchasing directly to clients under my credentials, potentially without my direct involvement. The site gives me the ability to send a suggestion of what to order to clients with whom I've personally chatted, as well as a launching pad for the public to order. The combination of Vibrant Labs and Xymogen products into one ordering platform is great. Cons The landing page, unless built from scratch, lacks organization as all the tabs can be open at once. The template abs are not customizable or can't be hidden-- most wordpress templates allow for hiding a tab. The "app" tab doesn't make any sense (and apparently can't be hidden). While I understand it likely has nothing to do with WellProz as a site host, I do not like (my understanding of) the Xymogen collaboration- a "get billed for products at the end of the month" model as opposed to the Vibrant Model of "commission", more or less. While it would create an extra step for me, I can use my existing Xymogen account for supplements, save my clients money, and simply make a commission (which is another reason I'd like the ability to hide tabs on the landing page). While building the page, there were some very confusing things-- cursors , hands, or arrows seem not to change anything when you click "ok", making me think nothing happened, only to find out it did later-- all three (or more) times. I am not very experienced in web design, so it may simply be my inexperience. August 13, 2022 3.0 I can see how helpful it is to have a store front for the tests. I also can see how nice it would be to have social media and newsletter support. I would also love to have an evergreen webinar. I appreciate everything you did to support me with the Webinar and the advertising! Even though I haven't made any sales, yet, I think it was an excellent opportunity to plant the seeds. Pros I really liked the Webinar Template. It was very helpful! It was also helpful to have \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] hosting the webinar with me. It was also nice to have someone posting on FB and IG for me as well as sending emails to announce the webinar. Cons I realize that Well ProZ was working out the kinks, but like I mentioned earlier...it has been a big bummer that many clients now have my personal email address. I think it is important for you to ask practitioners, "What email do you want us to use to communicate with you and what email do you want shared with the public." Also, the Instagram posts, if they say, "Click on link in the Bio" and you don't have access to the practitioner's bio, I recommend messaging them with the link and asking them to post it in their bio. Found the individual patient/client much more awkward to use than other platforms like Fullscript. Decided to wait until Wellscript is integrated into my Practice Better account for the time being. Pros Nice features but haven't had enough time to figure them out. Most features I already have set up in other platforms. Cons Had many problems with the publishing of my "website"; features were not as I had expected. Other features are already use in other platforms like email marketing.
