My nerves have been damaged dealing with FirstSales. Pros They sometimes reply on LinkedIn and via Mail but with huge delays. Cons I've never left any bad reviews in my life but my patience was exercised to the limit. We paid for an unlimited plan of $699. We used it for a month. Then canceled. The next month we were not charged. But another month later we got charged for an unknown reason. We reached out to FirstSales asking for a refund. They replied that they did it. After 10 days nothing landed on our bank account. They promised to check it. After a while, they mentioned again that this time they had processed the refund. It would take 5-10 days. After 10 days still nothing. We reached out again to their \[sensitive content hidden\] on LinkedIn. He promised to check. A few days later I got a message: "I will get the requested details for you by morning from Stripe for the tracking number." Nothing came by morning. He didn't keep his word. In a few days, I followed up, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] asked me to reach out by email. Then he CC-d another team member who had to handle the deal. He didn't handle anything - just asked me to reach out to their dedicated support channel. I explained all over again and got an autoreply about 72 working hours (it's 9 days!!) of waiting time for resolution. I have been running in circles for almost 2 months. The best thing I like about the software is split testing and outreach through cold emails. I could find no problem with the software. Everything runs so cool and flawless.
