Definitely worth investing in for anyone who wants to improve as a leader and have a confidential coach to bounce ideas off of.

Pros

I love how much each coach really cares about my individual success and growth. I have had two coaches now and they are both outstanding, always offering exception advice and critiques that push me to grow and learn.

Cons

Everything is great. Not a single negative thing comes to mind.

If you don't have the opportunity to speak in English like me(I am from Japan), and your company offers the lingolive, lingo live would be a good option.

Pros

The coaching material is designed well so the user can't be bored. I and the coach followed the lesson material and I feel that my English ability has improved.

Cons

The ability of the coach varies and there is a good fit and a bad fit. You would have to take several lessons to find the coach that suits you.

I can choose the coach that is right for me as often as I want.

I loved it, my professor \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was the best, always on time, not to mention that I learned really fast and it was easy to use and I was able to take classes anywhere.

Pros

That is easy to cancel or move and professors are always able to send feedback with it . I was able to send feedback as well.

Cons

The scheduling. Not friendly, I found myself having classes scheduled for the weekend or late at night.
