I have really ramped up in all aspects of workplace communication and formed a strong professional relationship with my coach and these sessions provide a lot of support for me both in a personal and professional capacity . We work online and she supports me offline . We have worked together for a long time . I was dedicated to the program during my maternity leave and my coach has a really deep understanding of my workplace challenges and I feel these sessions play a huge part in my professional growth and they really boost my confidence . We utilize the time well and have so many resources in our Google drive that I refer to and work with on a daily basis . I can't share enough how much I value the support of these sessions . Myself and my coach have invested so much time and dedication to get where we are today and I guess I have become somewhat dependent on my sessions - They play an integral role in my career growth and confidence in the workplace . She's been super helpful in preparing my promotion packages that with her help, i was promoted within first year. I truly appreciate her professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to details, and always willing to working extra hard to help me. Pros The coaching material is designed well so the user can't be bored. I and the coach followed the lesson material and I feel that my English ability has improved. Cons The ability of the coach varies and there is a good fit and a bad fit. You would have to take several lessons to find the coach that suits you. I used this platform for around 2 years and it was a pleasant journey. I worked with multiple instructors and had the chance to learn things that I wouldn't usually learn on my own or it would require much more effort. I wish my employer didn't discontinue this perk. Pros As a non-native English speaker, Lingo Live helped me learn more about the language and its cultural references.
