Most importantly, the team understand Microsoft billing which is important when choosing a CSP billing application. Pros The user interface and ease of use to handle billing. If you have tried billing using only the Microsoft Partner Center, you will love CSP Control Center. Cons In the early days of CSP Control Center, it was a challenge mainly because the product was new and did not have a lot of integrations. However, the product has evolved with several integrations such as QuickBooks, Authorize.Net, Autotask, and several others. Reason for choosing CSP Control Center Flexibility, Pricing, and Support. It was a rapid onboarding within a short time including building a full API integration into our backend systems. When support is needed we receive immediate help from the team. All this comes to a very reasonable price. Pros \- CSP Tier 1 integration including new NCE - Very fast and reliable support from C3 - API for fetching billing data to our backend systems Cons The products search, selecton and shop experience for the customer could be a bit more easier, cleaner and more straight forward.
