We struggled to find a reliable partner, so we very happy to find Point Maps. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team were very responsive to our needs. Cons Looking forward to more features. Especially we were looking for some more real time foot traffic reporting, which was a specific requirement for our project. However we used a custom on location motion tracking camera setup for our needs and it worked out just fine. June 27, 2023 5.0 We use Point Maps to provide a digital map and routing for our passengers and visitors. The map includes detailed information about the points of interest. The CMS is easy to use and the data can be published within seconds. The map is based on IMDF data format which makes it easy to transfer data to other big map providers like google and apple. Tgis reduces the needed ressources to keep these maps up to data. Our key account at point consulting is doing a great job as well and look forward to continue our collaboration in the next years. Pros Point Maps has created an easy to use product which is highly accepted by our passengers. The map CMS makes it easy to create and adjust POIs and gives us full control over the entire map content. Point maps constantly works on improvements and new features which truly contribute to the usability of the map. We really appreciate our collaboration. Cons There is nothing to complain about. They are excellent at communicating with us and our end customers, always keep to the necessary timelines and set the right expectations.Aside from being very easy to work with, they are also flexible with any changes/additions to the scope, which is essential for us.
