La implementacion es complicada con cualquier herramienta, y Ctaima no fue la excepcion hace varios años cuando se contrató.Pero actualmente, después de tenerla durante más de 5 años, haber aprendido como funciona en su totalidad, su funcionalidad es brutal, y el servicio que nos da y como, su equipo técnico y nuestros usuarios hemos aprendido a trabajar juntos, es una maquina casi automatica!Recomendada 100%!!

Pros

Si quieres aprender la totalidad de sus funciones, te enseñan, y eso te permite una gestión de tu area de cliente mucho más autonoma, sin tener que depender tanto de sus técnicos/as. Puedes subir, modficar, jerarquizar, todos los documentos que, como empresa, quieres que tus contratistas lean y firmen. Ya sea una política interna, unas normas de convivencia en tus centros, lo que quieras.Además ellxs ya se encargan de la gestión de la doc. puramente legal, que ya está bien, pero te permite un abanico de funcionalidades que le dan un plus de calidad a la gestión CAE del 100%.

Cons

Hay que tener interés en aprender, ya que es una herramienta con muchas funciones y posibilidades. Para algunxs esto puede ser un "pero", para nosotrxs es un PLUS!

Ctaima esta muy bien porque en un solo sistema podemos disponer de toda la documentación de las empresas que contratamos desde el departamento de mantenimiento . La creación de contrato es fácil y el apartado de control de accesos nos permite visualizar fácilmente si los trabajadores tienen acceso o no a las instalaciones

Cons

Es una herramienta muy completa y los usuarios necesitamos realizar formaciones a menudo para conocer todas las funcionalidades

Muy buena. Ha facilitado mucho mi día a día. Antes gestionabamos la documentación con miles de correos con documentación adjunta, generando muchisimas carpetas llenas de archivos... ahora es mucho mas sencillo a la hora de recopilar toda la documentación.

Pros

Es muy sencilla e intuitiva una vez inviertes un poco de tiempo en aprender su uso.Hace muy sencilla la gestión y seguimiento de las empresas contratadas, así como el compartir documentación por ambas partes con las diferentes empresas implicadas.

Cons

No hay nada en especial que no me guste, sinceramente. Antes sí que se veía con una interfaz bastante anticuada pero lo actualizaron hace 3-4 años.

Ctaima permite digitalizar el proceso de coordinación de actividades empresariales, facilita la labor de los tácnicos de prevención a la hora de dar cumplimiento documental al RD 171/2004 y tener todos los documentos. Ayuda a gestionar también la concurrencia de empresas para poder tomar las medidas preventivas oportunas.

Pros

Ctaima es un software intuitivo, fácil de usar y muy completo. Dispone de funcionalidades únicas entre los software de CAE que son muy útiles para la gestión de CAE.

Cons

Ctaima es tan completo quea veces la configuración a nivel de administrador es un poco compleja.
