Pros VitalTeam reprend de nombreuses fonctionnalités liées sur une même plateforme (Feedback, Validation de compétences, NPS salariés, Organigramme, Infos, ...). Même si nous ne les utilisons pas toutes, c'est une facilité pour nous de limiter le nombre de programmes/plateformes proposés à nos salariés. Son implémentation avec les équipes de VitalTeam a été d'une simplicité enfantine. Cons Comme le logiciel peut s'adapter à nos besoins, l'interface peut parfois paraître complexe. Cela permet aussi et surtout de redistribuer les responsabilités au sein de l'association. Chaque travailleur devenant plus responsable de ses rôles. Pros Ce qui est le plus utile dans mon utilisation du programme est véritablement concentré sur les interactions entre les missions et les tâches à attribuer au sein d'une équipe. Le fonctionnement par rôle et non par description de fonction permet véritablement de s'axer sur les besoins de l'association, pas uniquement sur le travailleur. Cela aide grandement à faire "matcher" les besoins de l'association avec les profils à disposition. Et c'est une aide précieuse pour les descriptions de poste lorsqu'un recrutement doit avoir lieu. Cons Pas grand chose. Peut-être un point à améliorer sur l'accessibilité pour sortir des organigrammes de la structure en 2 clics. Cela offre également une vue d'ensemble sur la structure professionnelle globale et sur la raison d'être/les missions de ses différents services . Cons L'impossibilité de réutiliser une évaluation une fois le délai de réponse de celle-ci dépassé. La suppression du commentaire général si retour en arrière dans le formulaire. Difficulté de demander des évaluations à des personnes extérieures à la structure mais en lien direct avec notre travail. Par exemple dans notre cas, les bénévoles avec lesquels nous travaillons parfois. Pros Pouvoir créer une évaluation sur mesure et pouvoir l'envoyer directement à ses collègues pour solliciter leur avis, c'est vraiment pratique. J'aimerais maintenant utiliser davantage l'option "Mon développement", une manière de formaliser les actions issue de l'évaluation. Cons Nous utilisons peu les fonctionnalités liées à l'organisation des réunions. Il n'est pas possible de corriger une action dans le plan de développement. Par exemple, si on l'a rattaché à une compétence plutôt qu'une autre. Il semble que le coupable soit Firefox. Dans Chrome, ça fonctionne sans problème. J'ai néanmoins regretté de perdre tout ce que j'avais encodé... Il semble que l'enregistrement (bouton que j'ai pourtant utilisé moultes fois) soit impossible si un des champs obligatoire n'est pas rempli. Comme le champ date était impossible à compléter dans Firefox, j'ai donc perdu tout mon travail ... et beaucoup râlé! ;-) Ne serait-il pas possible de permettre un enregistrement partiel? Par ailleurs, j'ai regretté de ne pouvoir joindre de document aux points à l'ordre du jour...
