yuu Phone is the VoIP phone system of choice for working in office, at office or on the road. With +150 VoIP features users can make calls on any device (desk phone, smartphone, desktop) under the office number and remain integrated into existing communication processes (e.g. call forwarding, ring calls) regardless of location. Overall, i had kind of negative experience with yuu Phone cause of many connenct issues.

Pros

yuu Phone excels as a user-friendly VoIP software with excellent call quality and comprehensive features. It offers crystal-clear voice transmission, useful functionalities like call recording and forwarding, and compatibility across various devices and platforms.

Cons

Some drawbacks of yuu Phone include limited integration with other communication platforms and pretty often glitches or connectivity issues during peak usage hours.

Pros

Yuu Phone's call monitoring feature allows managers to listen in on calls, providing valuable insights for training and quality assurance purposes, as well as the customizable IVR system that can be customized to provide callers with a personalized experience and direct them to the appropriate agent or department.

Cons

Yuu Phone's is great for business that do not receive too many calls. But at some points, when you must classify your customers in different buckets and categories, Yuu Phone has a limit. The Monitoring becomes unbearable and creating routes and IVR is tricky.
