Pros Very detailed presentations. Able to put in a lot of information at one time. The free formatting capabilities are very useful as well. Cons older information within the system gets lost over time. This gets very annoying and causes a lot of time to re-enter information. Really like how customizable almost everything is from changing the way a proposal looks, free formatting coverage options, the underwriting assistant that gives a brief description of what each coverage is Cons Can be a bit difficult to figure out the custom side of things at times. It is a product that can take some time to get use to for new users but once you get use to it you can do virtually anything with it. It's a staple in our office for commercial submissions, proposals, and certificates. We do not use it nearly to its full potential but the features we do utilize we do so regularly and very happily. The staff is great and the support team is always consistently fabulous! Pros how professional everything looks and how effective the software is for commercial policies (where our broker management system falls short) Cons that I don't use nearly as many of the features available!
