Dit jaar werkte wij voor het eerst met een ticketsysteem. Na meerdere ticket bedrijven benaderd te hebben kwam TicketSoft er goed, betrouwbaar en flexibel uit. De samenwerking is heel persoonlijk en de eigenaar is gelukkig niet alleen op kantoortijden bereikbaar maar ook daarbuiten. Pros Van begin tot eind 1 aanspreekpunt en niet verschillende tussenpersonen. \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] is ook beiden dagen op ons event geweest en dat was heel erg fijn voor de momenten dat we vast liepen. Pros Volledig uit handen kunnen geven van een ticketsysteem, registratie, bestelling, betaling, facturatie, duidelijk overzicht in rapportages en snelle uitbetaling (na event) maar kon ook kiezen voor tussentijdse uitbetaling-(en). Cons Niet zo zeer een minpunt maar een verbeterpunt; voor internationale events. Van enkele gebruikers/bestellers een opmerking over de taal ontvangen.
