Pros The simplicity of the product allows our team to retain customers we contact. In an industry of constantly changing staff the ability to lock in contact information direct to a personal line is crucial for our staff. It allows the 25 to 60 customers we see a week to remain our customers regardless of where they go. Cons We didn't purchase enough cards upfront! Pros The software is very useful in exchanging personal information and also providing the user with news about the contacts from the address book. This leads to another level of engagement with the addressees. I also like the fact that I can have multiple virtual business cards in one app and it helps me in presenting to the client in a way I want. I never loose the reference point that way. Cons I liked the previous interface where the visiting cards were more prominent. Now it is extremely inconvenient to first go to the settings and then to the business card. I also wish that the location could be captured at the time of card sharing and there could be a prompt to take the contact details of the person you are giving the card to.
