I think I have never experienced that before. they simply refuse to close my account. I changed phone number and country ID. That was the first issue. I could not update my number in the system because different country code. Then, I decided to close my account. Impossible to do so as they send a text to your mobile number lol. O other verification method availble. I have been in touch for support for them to close my acocunt. They simply refused hahaha. It's been going on for the past couple of weeks. Now I am sharing my experience on every social network and review website I can. Instead of losing a customer with an empty account, they are potentially losing millions with potential customers looking at those bad reviews. Pros On-ramp and off-ramp are pretty useful. Their crypto card is probably the most interesting service they provide to users, with cashback, staking and rebates.The smartphone application also allows cross-chain transfer from different EVM chains and a DeFi non-custodial wallet. Cons Crypto cards were interesting in the beginning until they decided to lower the features and raise their prices.For exemple, cashback on Netflix subscriptions is now limited to 6 months, they lower the staking reward to 7% a year and their lounge service is pretty useless because most of airports doesn't accept it.You need a computer to use the full fonctionalities of trading with their browser extension. Second only to coinbase. Pros They have, without a doubt, the largest variety of cryptos to choose from out of any U.S. Based exchange, you'll find coins and tokens here you won't find anywhere else. They also havea NFT platform and a decentralized wallet app. They accept debit and PayPal which is huge,but the thing I love is that they have relatively small fees, and INSTANT WITHDRAWALS USING A DEBIT CARD WITH NO HOLD!!!! This is HUGE for anyone who actively uses their crypto on other sites. They also have a user friendly interface and their charts are quite good as well, hoping for advanced charts spoon! Cons Their debit card is the worst. Annual fee, as well as tons of online retailers won't accept it, and once u put money on it/load it w crypto or cash u cannot retrieve it back on your account unless you go withdraw it from an atm. Another huge no for me is that the fees are not calculated into the price you say you want to spend. Example: say I have 30 dollars exactly on my card. I go to buy 30 of btc and it will try to charge you 32. Which can be a hastle as the fee is floating and not a fixed price. It's difficult to get exactly that 30 dollars without having to change the price a few times and that is highly annoying.
