Most things are still in written in Italian, food wastage when cooking is not in software which is essential, software is over complicated. Example: When inputting ingredient instead of being able to add price, weight and other info you have to first add ingredient, save go to another page and add the additional information. On page shows that they give refund after 30 days of purchase... except in small print says only for bug issues. Could not recommend for any reason, I am writing this review after more than 2 months of trying to reason with their service which do not speak English but use Google Translate and half their explanations and instructions do not make sense. Pros At first customer support responded quickly before buying product, afterwards it was awful. Cons Software is complicated to use, most things do not translate to English and cannot correctly do a food costing because of some critical steps like food wastage when cooking not having the option to calculate.
