En identificación de riesgos, Las fechas aun cuando pueden ser del mismo día el sistema no permite colocarlas, por ende toca colocar la fecha del día y la fecha del día siguiente para que le permita seguir. Lo mismo ocurre cuando va a cerrar el riesgo no a todos los perfiles se lo permite y menos a quien quedó cargado

\- Costo/beneficio considero que es una buena alternativa como herramienta que apoya diferentes procesos asociados a GRC - A nivel de apoyo y soporte siempre hay buena disposición para ayudar al cliente - Las actualizaciones que se van dando durante el año van generando opciones para adoptar dentro de las practicas - Al ser una solución modular permite adquirir lo que se requiere - El tema de accesos y seguridad en general ha sido positivo - Su forma de licenciamiento es atractivo para las compañías que tenemos muchos usuarios que en un sistema GRC interactúan a demanda con el sistema

Creo que es importante continuar construyendo integraciones y conexiones entre los módulos, que se tengan prácticas líderes que se propongan dentro de cada módulo/temática y verificar nuevas tecnologías que puedan adaptarse o integrarse a Novasec

Inflexibilidad en ciertas opciones del aplicativo dado que hay funciones que no se pueden deshabilitar si otros clientes no lo piden también. Por otra parte, crear un cargar una auditoría nueva con sus respectivos riesgos y papeles de trabajo puede ser una tarea muy extensa.

La herramienta tiene un excelente soporte técnico a todo nivel, a la organización le ha ayudado a realizar mejoras significativas en sus procesos de riesgos y auditoria.

Es una herramienta muy completa, fácil de usar, su mejoramiento en continuo y cada vez permitiendo tener una mayor visibilidad de toda la información registrada a nivel de los riesgos y el proceso de auditoria.

Cons

En ocasiones no es posible aplicar toda la usabilidad que entrega la herramienta.

Nos ha ido muy bien con la herramienta, cada vez la exploramos y utilizamos más. Definiendo más fuentes para crear y utilizar al máximo

Concentra la gran mayoría de hallazgos y planes de acción, con diferentes fuentes, evitando la duplicidad para el usuario.  Permite identificar fácilmente la gestión a realizar. Tiene licencia para que los responsables de las actividades realicen su propia gestión en la herramienta

Estan siempre apoyandonos en la medida que el core de negocio crece en la entidad, estan en la asesoria y mejora continua en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionaes y aplicables dentro de la herramienta. A su vez es enriquecedor la adaptabilidad y la experiencia al usuario final.

Es una herramienta a la vanguardia e innovadora para los temas que involucran riesgos, auditoria y temas de ciberseguridad.

Cons

Se deberia mejorar el tema de los cargues masivos y mejores respuestas en ese ambito , en especial en el modulo de riesgos. Otimizacion recursos.

Es una herramienta versátil y útil con un servicio de ayuda oportuno y completo

Pros

Organización en módulos, interfaz amigable y versatilidad de la configuración. Así mismo la construcción de reportes es muy amigable y útil.

Cons

Los archivos de Excel generados por los reportes son poco amigables para trabajar consultas a partir de estos.

A sido una buena experiencia, la herramienta es muy amigable y sus desarrollos se hacen pensando en las necesidades de la empresa lo que facilita el trabajo.

Es una herramienta muy práctica, fácil de aprender y gestionar.

Que no permita que el administrador realice trámites al parecer simples y se deba enviar casos que pueden llevar más tiempo en resolver.
