Pros Paracode is an exceptionally versatile underwriting and policy administration system that has enabled our business to efficiently deliver complex commercial products in a remarkably short timeframe. The team supporting Paracode is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and always approachable, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support. Their expertise and commitment have been invaluable to our operations. Cons Overall, the system meets our needs effectively. However, like any system, there are a few areas for improvement. One notable area is the ability to generate and build custom reports directly within the platform, which would enhance functionality and user experience. Pros Layout Fast document production Responsive development team Speed of system Cons Some areas havent been as flexible as we would like. A few teething problems but as you would expect from a new system and the team have been great helping us get them resolved. Reason for choosing ParaCode Glenn chose the system. Pros Paracode has proven to be a robust, flexible and much needed operating system for our business, streamlining much of what we do and proving efficiencies that we never imagined Cons Changing any operations system is always difficult. Whilst those at Paracode with an IT background, often use a different language and perhaps just how IT illiterate we perhaps are, fortunately their in-depth understanding our Industry proved very useful. Pros The best thing about ParaCode, is the flexibility, the system is able to adapt to our needs, allowing us to effectively and productively get the job done. Cons I would say the thing we like the least is how we currently file documents, as we cannot put these into folders, however we have been informed this will be changed soon.
