J’utilise Toolcie depuis plusieurs années dans le cadre de mon activité, et c’est un outil fiable qui me fait gagner un temps précieux pour la gestion des devis et factures. La prise en main est simple et l’utilisation au quotidien est fluide. Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées, mais dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfaite du logiciel.

Pros

Très facile d’utilisation, interface intuitive et rapide à prendre en main. Permet de créer des devis et factures efficacement sans perte de temps au quotidien.

Cons

Le QR code de la facture s’affiche actuellement en dessous du document, ce qui n’est pas optimal. Il serait préférable de pouvoir l’intégrer sous forme de QR facture suisse (type BVR) directement dans la mise en page pour un rendu plus professionnel et conforme aux standards actuels.

J’utilisais Bexio, que je connais bien, notamment par mon réseau, et dont j’apprécie la richesse fonctionnelle (comptabilité, gestion financière, etc.). Cependant, sa complexité et son coût plus élevé m’ont orientée vers Toolcie, plus simple et efficace au quotidien.
