As being a first to trial it for Indiana, I enjoyed helping other state. And it takes away the mishandling of funds and everything is more secure. Pros Convenience of having credit card options. No fees on check deposited. If I have a question Oren gets back to me pretty quick with a response. Cons That it takes 2-5 days to know if a check went thru and when making card payments it's not posted as pending until the next day. Pros The crowded platform is very user friendly, I love the ability to make quick reimbursements and also create virtual cards for staff. Cons No phone support and all contact is through email, sucks when your card locks after their regular business hours. The one staff member who has been a great help is Oren Shalita he was very nice when I reached out for help and made my life a lot easier, definitely would recommend reaching out to him with any problems regarding crowded. Pros What I like most about crowded is how easy the app is to use and how straight forward it is. Definitely a great app that allows handling money easier than most banking apps. Cons I don’t have anything personally I don’t really like about crowded the only thing is sometimes the transfer fees can be annoying.
