I am very happy that I did it as I see a lot of value on it.In the software you can find tutorials in every step to help you to set everything up...but to be honest I think that there is a lack of video tutorials, documentation or a roadmap. I found myself a bit blind in the process and it took me a while to understand all the features (I am still learning some).It is good that you can see an example on how it looks the bot in their telegram channel so It brought a lot of light to my doubts about the software.One of the things I have to highlight is the customer service... last night I asked something in the chat between the app and this morning I already had the response. Pros I was running a challenge on Whatsapp in conjunction with another app to deliver the content of my lessons, and I found the problem of people not going to check the app whenever I made an announcement of new content.-Winwinbot gave me the solution to have the communication and the content of my lessons in the same place, eliminating friction for people to go and check the lessons.-It is a well-thought-out program that offers you a lot of easy flows in the same place without limitations... for example you can use tags to identify where people are in a process, a process in engagement, a process in learning or many other usage scenarios. There is a possibility to move people between groups or activate and deactivate subscriptions automatically without you having to be on top of it.-I can drop lessons with a drip in method so my students don´t see it until certain day, until a previous lesson is completed or even when they input a secret keyword.-I can drop quizzes and give points for completed homework to keep people engaged. -I can get notifications for almost anything that the student does so this keeps me in the loop.-They are very generous with the number or subscribers, the storage, number of courses that you can have or team mates. Cons In the beginning, I was a bit confused about the features, it felt a bit overwelming and like in any other software there is a learning curve until you find easy the way to use it.There are a couple of features missing like the possibility to do certificates to graduate students or have different types of payments but the last one is on their roadmap.You can install this bot in different platforms like facebook messenger, telegram, Instagram and viber. I think this last one is less use it than whatssap so I think they should make a switch. I can see the live chat in the same app but I am not sure yet if that works with all the platforms as I have just one bot built so far.The only negative thing I found was the trouble I had to do a custom domain, I tried many times until I finally worked, I think I should had contacted the support to help me. Reasons for choosing WinWinBot I decided to choose to buy winwinbot to eliminate friction for my students and help them to succeed in their learning. Having everything in the same chat makes them feel closer to me and builds a better rapport which is better for conversions and guarantees success.
