Usar o rabbit melhorou minha percepção de quanto tempo gasto nas atividades e assim posso me planejar melhor, além de ser uma ferramenta muito boa para apresentar aos clientes e poder comprovar as horas e cobrar os honorários.

A facilidade em fazer os registros atuais e também em registrar atividades que já passaram. Fácil selecionar o projeto.

Cons

O relatório. Só tem relatório em excel, e ele fica muito feio. Eu prefiro imprimir direto da página principal que fica um formato mais bonito. Outro software que usava emitia um relatório em PDF muito bonito. É a única coisa que realmente não gosto do Rabbit.

Pros

A ferramenta cumpriu as necessidades básicas minhas de registrar as horas que estive trabalhando como freelancer, e o que fiz durante cada horário.

Cons

Gostaria que houvesse uma maneira mais simples de ver as horas registradas para o mês atual, como por exemplo na visualização principal da aplicação ao invés de sempre ter que navegar para ter acesso a ela. Nos primeiros usos o local dessas horas não era intuitivo. Também achei o processo de adição de novas tarefas não muito intuitivo e um pouco trabalhoso em geral. Menos passos seria melhor. A interface, em geral, deixa a desejar.

sinto falta de um local com inclusão de trabalhos a ser entregue, inclusão de recorrência de entrega de trabalhos, assim o cronômetro já ficaria de acordo com cada trabalho a ser entregue.

A experiência do nosso escritório com o uso do Rabbit vem sendo positiva. Antes anotávamos as horas em sistemas individuais e manuais e desta forma conseguimos visualizar e dimensionar demais projetos com muito mais precisão.

Pros

O Rabbiit foi implementado de forma a facilitar a centralização do registro de horas por projeto. Antes tínhamos anotado de forma individual e muito coisa se perdia pelo caminho. Gosto porque nos adaptamos bem e conseguimos mensurar o tempo para novos projetos a partir dos registros já realizados de forma sistemática.

Cons

Preenchemos uma vez por semana, tendo como base nossas anotações da agenda do google, se tivesse algum link entre as plataformas facilitaria bastante.
