We approached Brandwise for creating campaigns for our retail stores to enable customer engagement and to collect customer database through their innovative QR scan technique. Their platform is extremely easy to use and the campaigns can be customized as per our needs. Moreover they have an exceptional customer service.

Pros

Easy to use! Can customize the campaigns as per our requirement. Real time data analysis. Excellent customer care support by the team!

Cons

Nothing to dislike as of now and so far we are extremely happy with the product and the service. The UI can be modified and can be made more interesting.

Very easy to use, extremely user friendly interface. The best part is we can customize the campaigns as per our needs can check the data on a real time basis.

We first met Brandwise team to explore the QR codes for product authenticity and customer Trecking, later the team had come with the wonderful customer acquisition and engagement platform which has been very useful for us to acquired new customers and retain customers through the engagement platform which also helped us to assess our internal efficiencies.
