I've tried out six different PDF reader/editor programs in the past, and UPDF definitely stands out as the best in terms of export options. The form creation feature is also top-notch. July 6, 2023 4.0 Above average as compared to the different tools I used. Would love to see improvement on the existing functionality. Pros It has a lot of functionality which acrobat editor can do. What I like most is that a single license is allowed to be used in both desktop and mobile. I hope this doesn't change because if it does, I might just move away from this tool. Cons The OCR is a little weak. However the new potential of AI search might be good. Although I am not really happy with the subscription price. I hope eventually the pricing model of the AI can be broken down into different functionality. I honestly don't need all the AI functionality, only the search or summary function. There are other AI tools out there to do the same and more. Advice to UPDF is to focus on what it do best and target the right audience! The PDF to excel function is average as well. Other tools like PDF Extra can do a good job as well. An improvement on it might just change my mind! For big files editing it precessed pretty swiftly. Pros UPDF provides page management tools, using that i can easily able to edit large files for my office work. Adding batch pdf files is very helpful for me in multiple case.I can easily reduces PDF files sizes and send to team mates without compromising quality.I. Can play PDF as slideshow, for my presentation on office. Using multiple tabs all together is very useful for me.They also provide UCloud support, i can upload my documents in their server and use from any device by synchronization.
