We're quite happy with the product and wish to see more developments of integrations and other popular local languages before we start recommending it to others.

Pros

The languages, considerable number of local and international languages are available which are not available with others. It's easy to use and backed by Great Support.

Cons

Still, they don't have native Whatsapp integration whereas their competitor and the market leader has developed that in 2021 itself.
