Es gab bisher noch nie ein technisches Problem, weder beim Anwender noch beim Nutzer

Fällt mir nichts ein, bisher alles sehr ordentlich

Es sollte ein möglichst kurzes Verfahren sein, DIN Norm entsprechen, wissenschaftlich konstruiert, sinnvolle Vergleichsnormen haben, jederzeit einsetzbar

Der abcÎ ist ein hervorragendes Feedback-Instrument, um zusätzliche objektive Entscheidungskriterien zu überprüfen. Dabei hilft er nicht nur dem Unternehmen sondern auch dem Kandidaten bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen und sich der eigenen Leistungsfähigkeit bewusst zu werden.

Pros

Nach Testung der Kandidaten erhält man Vorschläge, wie man die Ausprägungen und die damit entstandenen Hypothesen in einem Interview hinterfragen kann. Das Feedback in der Auswertung ist sehr aufschlussreich.

Cons

Das User Interface ist nicht unbedingt state-of-the-art, aber das schadet der Anwendung wahrscheinlich auch nicht.

Insbesondere die Analytischen Fähigkeiten werden sehr gut durchleuchtet und erweisen sich auch im Vergleich mit der professionellen Performance als treffsicher.

Cons

Kreative Fertigkeiten kommen im Verhältnis etwas zu kurz.
