I've never experienced something like this Pros Nothing to like there. Awful customer service Cons I requested to withdraw the money, and a month later, the transfer still hasn’t been completed. Each time, there’s a different issue, including one instance where the wrong account name was entered in the transfer order. It feels like there’s total disorganization, which is unacceptable for a financial company. If I had known this was the situation, I would never have entrusted my money there. Cons There's a limited amount of stocks and ETFs, but they are always trying to add new ones. Also, for professional traders, they are really limited to the actions they can perform and the information about stocks available. Pros Es muy seguro ya que piden muchos datos para crear la cuenta y las transacciones son rapida para deposito y retiro de dinero, es facil comenzar a invertir en cualquier tipo de empresa, ademas tiene opciones para asegurar tu dinero como SL que retira tus acciones si llegan al monto que decidiste Cons Por el momento no encuentro desventajas.
