Pros i find gate.io is very fast working crypto exchange where i can trade with upto 1400 different crypto currencies. gate.io has number of trading pairs including bitcoin, ethereum and stablecoins. it is safe and secure to store your funds in exchange wallet without and hesitation of security. gate.io is constantly developing new products for user which make crypto trading more easy. Cons User interface is little leggy and slow as i use mobile application since 2019 and i didn't find any major upgrade in mobile app user interface. although it is safe and secure with multiple authentication methods but team should upagrade UI too. Cons I have been scammed out of €5,000 by Gate.io. I made a €5,000 deposit via bank transfer three weeks ago, they received the money, but they have never credited it to my account. Their customer service team has been giving me excuses for two weeks, but the reality is they’ve kept my money and refuse to refund it. I have filed a legal complaint against them, and I encourage all of you who have also been scammed to take legal action against these fraudsters. This is unacceptable. Do not invest and stay far away from them. Customer service only replies to ask you for a million documents. And once you have given them all the proof of identity, photos and other requests for them to help you access your account, they disappear and no longer respond. keeping your money and locked out of your account access. I have dealt with \[sensitive content hidden\] from the gate io team, and received no reply once all documentation asked for was provided. Due to the lack of reply from the Gate io support team there are 3 support ticket requests outstanding with no follow up and multiple attempts asking for a response. You can find all my emails under my email Gate.io - MOREOVER - they now block you once you can login to your account as your original counrty you registered with is delisted. so you can not even move or take your funds out. DO NOT USE this platfrom. Customer service also never comes to a solution and ignores all your attempts to reach out to them!
