Cons The truth is that I cannot say anything bad about KuCoin, and that is that I have never had any problems. September 23, 2025 1.0 Waiting and waiting and waiting , they nicely reply, but no action is taken. I submitted the death certificate, the will, the power of attorney, the Court Probation. I also asked to attend video call to check my identity. The support writes no email that they are working on it, but no action since I contacted them months ago Pros Warning, KuCoin is not responding when an in case of account holder death. They respond fast, and give you very good speech, but no action is done. My sister died and they did not process the her inheritance although I have provided all the documents and did a Video call to check my identity, but the do not do any think since 5 Months. If you anyone have account with Kucoin consider @OKX, @Coinbase or any other platform. Kucoin is not reliable to solve the death issue. Cons KuCoin is not taking any action in case of account holder death. After I provided all the information needed for my sister death KuCoin did not do anything and probably they will not hand over the inheritance Money like other Companies such as Coinbase and OKX. After loosing thousand dollars i switched to polenix. Pros Worst Exchange I ever seen since I joined crypto community. I lost my lots of funds from exchange, support is not giving and response and no trace of lost funds I got. Kucoin is absolutely a scam. Despite the relatively insignificant cons I stated previously, Kucoin still stands out from other services. No matter how many other Cryptocurrency exchanges o browse through, I always come back to Kucoin. Suffice to say, Kucoin is top-notch. Pros The most stand out feature of Kucoin in my opinion, is how easy it is to buy Cryptocurrency. I personally prefer Peer-to-peer trades and Kucoin delivers expertly. I have never been scammed on Kucoin, neither have I lost money in any way here. My trust level of Kucoin is quite high. Cons It is actually a mundane issue, but there's a slight (perhaps intentional) delay when launching the Kucoin app. This slight delay irks me everytime. There is also the issue of one-time-passwords. A reasonable amount of my time has been wasted on waiting for this passcode to be sent through text message.
