This application helps to improve the performance and analysis of the data and provide the best result to clients. The information which is provided is up to date and it helps to improve the and build the Customer relationship which helps to improve the sales also. Very updated tool and the functions are very interesting. Providing accurate data which helps to improve our workflow and increase our sales which helps the business grow.

Cons

Nothing, as dislike everything, is up to date and very useful tool.

Pros

It helps my company to determine their marketing efforts, according to that we can optimize it. It provides tools to create content that is more likely to be shared/liked on social media, so that I can engage my audience. The data here is very much accurate and helps in taking optimize decisions.

Cons

It is bit expensive because the budget that the company is willing to spend on social media. It is very complex to learn and use. Although it is very accurate with the data is has, but still it do not have all the data of social media
