Después de revisar varios productos, Centribal fue elegida como la herramienta de Chatbots corporativa por su potencia en la realización de flujos conversacionales complejos y capa técnica que ayuda a simplificar y automatizar procesos.

Pros

El producto permite publicar un flujo conversacional en distintos canales sin preocuparte por las peculiaridades de cada uno de ellos. La capacidad de integración con sistemas externos y las respuestas condicionales.El equipo de NLP ha realizado unos entregables de excelente calidad.

Me siento satisfecho con el equipo de trabajo ya que da buenas soluciones a la medida que el cliente requiere. Si incluyen las mejoras planteadas sería una excelente plataforma.

Pros

Que maneja bot y campañas en la misma plataforma y que tiene una muy buena integración con Znedesk

Cons

Lo principal es el diseño del flujo, es muy complejo en la autogestión, de ahí que no es escalable, hay funcionalidades que son limitadas en el bot, ejemplo botones, menú dinámicos, no es muy fácil poder integrar con otras herramientas. La parte el soporte también es un tema crítico debido a que tenemos otro horario y es muy complicado tener alguna respuesta inmediata, siempre son de un día para otro.
