Revisioning is a great plus for complex reports when changes are made that need to get rolled back. It helps with especially large reports Pros Quire significantly reduces the amount of time required to complete a report. Cons Some editing functions are buggy. I would highly recommend Quire to colleagues. Pros Product is generally easy to use with minimal training. Quire customer service and support is industry leading. Cons Purchasing a semi-custom template has lead to some restrictions with report formatting and content creation. Quire support has been very accommodating and helped us work through the limitations. Its function to support group-working and tracking edits/changes is fantastic. Pros I enjoy it's functions. It looks complicated but in reality, it allows you to have complete control of the document you are trying to create. I really enjoy its ability to visually incorporate data. Cons It can be difficult working with the smart tables, but there is an export/import option to use tables from Excel. Review Source SW Suzanne W. Pros It is very user-friendly, and the customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I love the Quire app for photos. Cons I don't have anything negative to say, I just don't. Has a few quirks to be learned but generally intuitive. The one thing that need some tuning is the photo sync--sometimes the photo sync stops or hangs. Also there is a lag between what's showing between the phone and the desktop that sometimes makes you think its stopped or there is a problem when there isn't. Pros Easy to use. I don't think I have ever lost work. I love the phone app for photo labelling. Cons Deleting rows in large tables goes slowly, also photo sync often is not perfect, particularly with large batches of photos. The phone app voice recognition definitely needs some tuning-- for example it will put "dyke" rather than "dike" and capitalization is somewhat random. Users should be able to set capitalization and other voice dictation preferences. Review Source CG Carol G. Cons The one downside to the templates is there is limitation on what admins can change and what Quire has to do from their side. Most of the changes are able to be done and are done in a timely manner; however, it would be nice if some things were able to be done on-the-fly.
