Overall experience with Forma Ai has been positive. We are seeing improvements to how we many our day-to-day operations and also have a more global view of our sales compensation processes and progress. The relationship we have built with the Forma Ai teams is strong and we continue to make improvements to our Forma Ai solution to meet our business needs.

Pros

The ease of use for day-to-day operations, dashboard visibility, customer support to help resolve issues, discuss open items, and request additional build/functionality within the Forma Ai platform.

Cons

Because of our complex plan and territory setup, we had to build a template to load our details into the Forma Ai system. This required some back and forth with the Forma Ai team to accommodate our structure but overall, we had good support from the Forma Ai team throughout these discussions. The system has been great since it has been fully implemented.

Forma has exceptional staff; I have enjoyed working with them all!

Pros

All agents commissions being stored in one readily accessible location that they can also review.

Cons

Complexity of implementation. It's a lot of technical details I don't always understand.

We did a solid 6 months of implementation - went live for January with dashboards and comp plan issuance. Forma support always said yes to our asks (98%) and was always available.

Pros

Clean displays. Dedicated support with no charges. Data frequently updated for real time views. Ability to forecast expense within current plans

Cons

Some limitations on what admins can do independently.
